What we collect
When you submit a deal, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, company, email, phone number, property details, loan amounts, experience, credit range and notes. We also record the date and the IP address the form was sent from, to help us stop spam.
How we use it
We use your information to review your deal, contact you about it, and match it with lenders. If you go forward, we share the information needed for a loan decision with the lender, appraiser, title company and insurance agent involved in your loan.
We do not sell your information. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Texts and calls
If you check the contact box on our form, we may call, text or email you about your deal. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
How we keep it
Submissions are stored on our hosting account and in our email and CRM systems, with access limited to our team. We keep records as long as needed to work on your loan and meet legal requirements.
